Hace unos instantes se dio por clausurada la nueva ceremonia de los ‘People’s Choice Awards‘ conducida por Kaley Cuoco (The Big Bang Theory, Charmed), el evento dió inicio a lo que será la temporada de galas y premios, pues se vienen los Globos de Oro, los SAG y los famosos Academy Awards, entre otros.Sorprendentemente Emma Stone se llevó el primer premio de la noche en la categoría a Actriz de Cine Favorita, galardón que según dijo “significa todo para ella”. Ellen DeGeneres ratificó su éxito como anfitriona al llevarse el premio a Presentador Diurno de Televisión Favorito.
Lea Michele de la serie “Glee” se llevó el premio a Actriz de Comedia de Televisión Favorita. Nina Dobrev obtuvo el premio a la Actriz de Drama de TV Favorita. Neil Patrick Harris fue elegido como el actor más cómico de televisión. Al llegar al a primera media hora de transmisión del evento, Demi Lovato salió al escenario para interpretar su éxito: “Give your heart a break“”. La joven recibió el premio a Artista Pop Favorita.
Adam Sandler se llevó un nuevo galardón a Actor de Película de Comedia Favorito; Chloe Moretz se llevó el premio a Estrella Favorita de Cine Menor de 25 años, por encima de Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Daniel Radcliffe y Rupert Grint. Maroon 5 se convirtió en la Banda Favorita. Como era de esperarse la última parte del joven mago de J.K.
